Karo Pork food or better known as BPK stands, is one of the ideal culinary, the prestige of this food is quite famous because besides its delicious taste, BPK can be found in almost all regencies in North Sumatra. The origin of the BPK remains as the name implies, this non-halal food comes from the Karo ethnic group, most of whom live in the Karo district.

As the name implies, BPK has the basic ingredients of Pork meat with a mixture of Karo ethnic spices. CPC is usually served with other foods such as:
1. Pork Soup
2. Mashed Sweet Potato Leaf Mix Grated Coconut
3. Mudar (Pig's Blood) that has been processed
4. Special Sambal
5. White rice
6. Kidu-Kidu
