1. Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners submitted to the Minister or a designated   
    Immigration  Officer at the Immigration Office whose jurisdiction covers the residence Stranger concerne2. Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners granted for foreigners who do not have:

•         valid travel document and valid; and
•         Their representative in the territory of Indonesia;

3. Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners referred to in point 1 is given in terms of: 

•        On their own will come out of Indonesian territory along not exposed prevention;       
•         Subject to deportation; or         
•         Repatriation.

 4. Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners valid for a period of 6 (six) months and can only 
     be  used for 1 (one) time travel;
 5. Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners can not be extended;
 6. Request Travel Document in Lieu of Passport for Foreigners in the territory of Indonesia submitted to  
     the Minister or a designated Immigration Officer at the Immigration Office whose jurisdiction covers   
     the  residence Stranger by enclosing:

•         Statement or statements do not have a travel document from the country or other   

                  countries  and  can not  get it in time deemed appropriate; and

•         Proof of residency.
